Competition Rules on short movie
International Vebron’s Film Festival 2021
Article 1
The Festival is open to all amateur and professional video makers.
All productions in the following categories are admitted: fictions, documentaries, animations.
Advertising, commercial and corporate videos are not admitted.
A producer may present more than one film (N.B. beyond 3 films, additional expenses will be invoiced).
Article 2
The maximal duration any category and inclusive credits is 30’.
If movie’s file goes beyond thirty minutes, movie will be refused on competition.
Article 3
Only productions made after January 1 , 2018, and which meet the criteria of the present regulations,
will be accepted.
Article 4
All films presented must be in French or subtitled in French.
Article 5
Article 6
The movie for the preselection must be sent to the platform before April 15th, 2021.
Article 7
Registration fees amount to 15€ for any commitment from 1 to 3 movies.

Article 8
Members of the jury may not submit films.
Article 9
The Organization undertake to ensure that films are not cut or modified while being shown in competition.
Article 10
Best movie’s preselection according to preselection committee will be on official Festival’s competition. Certain selected films will be awarded prizes (gains according to the budgetary possibilities of the association) with a view to encouraging creation, innovation, research, etc..
Article 11
All prize-winning private or corporate entities undertake to provide a free copy of the prize-winning film for the Festival’s video library.
This copy may be used for the activities of the Ecran Cévenol Association, notably with regards to promotion of the event, within and outside the Lozère department and also on the Association’s web site, Facebook, or other platform.
These movies can be also transmitted to other partners with agreement of the directors/production of the concerned movies.
Article 12
Video makers who have been pre-selected and are present at the Festival, may apply for refund of their travelling expenses subject to a limit of 100€ and presentation of receipts.
Article 13
Decisions taken by the organizers, the preselection committee and the members of the jury are final.
Article 14
Submission of films indicates acceptance of the present regulations.
